Hey there,
It's been a while since you've heard from us, and we're excited to bring you some great updates! Our team just got back from a great week in New York City for Podcast Movement. We'll recap some of our thoughts, and of course catch you up on everything product related.
It has been quite the exciting year at Listener.com, and we're grateful for all of our partners and customers.
Moving into October, you can expect to hear from us weekly with product updates, announcements, and more. Your feedback is incredibly important to us!
Best,

👋 A quick reminder of who we are

Before getting into product updates, we want to remind you of who we are and how we've evolved.
Listener.com is the campaign reporting engine for omni-channel podcast campaigns.
We work with top publishers to help them track every piece of content across audio, YouTube, social and newsletters, and report back to the largest podcast advertisers in the space.
Every channel, one report: Audio, YouTube, clips, social and newsletters, all tied back to the episode and the campaign.
Built for revenue teams: Live pacing, delivery and impressions you can share with brands instead of static spreadsheets.
At scale: We're tracking hundreds of campaigns across our publishers today.
FROM THE ROAD
🗽 Our week in New York
We spent the week in New York for Podcast Movement, meeting with publishers, networks, agencies and brands, and visiting some of our partners at their offices. It was great to catch up with so many of you in person.

On set in New York during Podcast Movement

Stopping by IAB

With our partners at Jomboy Media HQ
One thing came up again and again: podcasts aren't just audio anymore. Shows are publishing across YouTube, clips, social and newsletters, and advertisers want one clear picture of everything they bought. That's exactly what we're building.
If we met in NYC, thank you. If we missed you, just reply to this email and let's find time.
🧩 A faster way to build episode clusters

Adding content to an episode used to mean searching one platform at a time. Not anymore.
Our revamped content picker brings every platform into one feed. Search once, pick a date range, and add posts from YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X in a single click. You can also drop links in bulk to build clusters at scale.
Find the reposts: Select a clip and Listener finds the same post on other platforms. Nothing is added until you confirm.
Always fresh: Feeds load live when you open the picker, so today's posts are already there.
Link campaigns directly: Connect a campaign to the entire episode or to only the pieces that belong to that brand, with no double counting.
📅 Campaigns, rebuilt from the ground up

See every campaign you're running, and exactly how each one is pacing.
Campaigns got a full revamp this month, built around how publisher sales teams actually work.
Timeline view: Every campaign on one calendar with flight bars, episode drops and a Today line, so you can see what's starting and ending at a glance.
A new campaign page: Total impressions up front, with budget, pacing, daily delivery and where every impression came from.
Faster setup: A revamped creation workflow, brand logos pulled straight from the brand's website, and episode clusters linked directly to the campaign.
Smarter filters: Filter by pacing, brand, account manager, or start and end month, then share the filtered view with a link.
🤖 The new Listener MCP: build campaigns just by asking

Your podcast data now works inside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and more.
Connect Listener to your AI assistant and just describe what you need: the brand, the shows, the number of episodes and the impression goal. Listener AI goes to work building the episode clusters and creating the campaign for you.
Ask anything: Reach, episodes, clusters, campaigns, brands and reports, across one show or your whole network.
Live numbers: Every answer uses the same data as the Listener app.
You stay in control: Every change shows a preview first, and keys can be created or revoked anytime.
Where to find it: MCP Server is in your profile menu on Listener
📰 Substack, now fully integrated with Listener

Your Substack podcast, newsletter and video, in the same report as everything else.
We're working with some of the largest podcast creators on Substack, and their Substack numbers now sit right alongside YouTube, audio and social in Listener. Connect your Substack and we'll pull in:
Podcast downloads: For shows hosted on Substack.
Newsletter performance: Opens and unique opens for every post.
Video: Plays and minutes watched on Substack video posts.
And more: All tied back to the episode, the cluster and the campaign, so sponsors see the full picture.

✨ Also new in Listener
Listener Agent, rebuilt: Ask questions about your shows in plain English, get weekly or monthly recaps with one command. It runs on the same engine as the Listener MCP.
Customizable shared reports: Rename a report, add a subtitle, choose which numbers and KPI cards appear, feature any piece of content, and write your own About copy, all with a live preview.
Sponsor-specific share links: Share a report that only includes one sponsor's content, with totals recalculated for that brand.
Guided campaign setup: New campaigns open right to the episodes that still need content and walk you through linking each slot, one by one.
EMV (earned media value), front and center: EMV now leads the money row on every live campaign, and one click shows exactly how it was calculated. Publishers can show sponsors the full value of a campaign while it's still running and make a stronger case for renewals.
Reports that refresh themselves: Public cluster and campaign reports now pull the latest numbers when someone opens them.
Tag management: Rename, merge or delete tags across every show at once.
Cluster search: Search episode titles and the clips inside each cluster.
